在很多人的心里,大家都认为做梦是一种暗示,或许是在提醒着我们什么并且认为只有人类才会做梦。

做梦主要是由于人们在睡眠的过程当中有一些大脑皮层还是比较兴奋的状态,此时就会出现相关的梦境。

所以很多哺乳动物也都会做梦,比如松鼠,小猫,小狗,大象等动物都会做梦,而鸟类也会做一些短暂的梦。

rice的意思是大米。

大米,亦称稻米,是稻谷经清理、砻谷、碾米、成品整理等工序后制成的食物。大米是中国大部分地区人民的主要食品。大米中含碳水化合物75%左右,蛋白质7%-8%,脂肪13%-1 8%,并含有丰富的B族维生素等。

大米中的碳水化合物主要是淀粉,所含的蛋白质主要是米谷蛋白,其次是米胶蛋白和球蛋白,其蛋白质的生物价和氨基酸的构成比例都比小麦、大麦、小米、玉米等禾谷类作物高,消化率668%-831%,也是谷类蛋白质中较高的一种。

大米蛋白质中赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较少,所以不是一种完全蛋白质,其营养价值比不上动物蛋白质。但在午餐和晚餐时食用大米,较面食而言更有利于人们减肥。在我国南方地区人们一般食用大米作为主食,而在北方就有很大的不同。

大米,入脾、胃、肺经,具有补中益气、滋阴润肺、健脾和胃、除烦渴的作用。古代养生家还倡导“晨起食粥”以生津液,因此,因肺阴亏虚所致的咳嗽、便秘患者可早晚用大米煮粥服用。经常喝点大米粥有助于津液的生发,可在一定程度上缓解皮肤干燥等不适。

巧蒸米饭:

1、煮饭时,加少量食盐、少许猪油,饭会又软又松;滴几滴醋,煮出的米饭会更加洁白、味香。

2、加热时间过长,维生素B1损失会超过30%,如果撇去米汤水,维生素损失超过40%。

3、米饭做夹生了,可倒点米酒,再煮一会便可改善。

4、蒸剩饭时,可往水里放点食盐,吃时口感像新饭。

5、做米饭最好用“蒸”,蒸饭比“捞”饭多保存5%的蛋白质,18%的维生素B1。

为更好地迎接奥运会,北京市外办组织专家对中国菜单译文进行了审核。2007年1月底,北京市餐饮饭店中的数千种菜品、酒水将拥有统一规范的“英文名”。

“Scrambled Egg with Tomato”(西红柿炒鸡蛋)、“Egg plants with Garlic Sauce”(鱼香茄子),明年1月底,北京市餐饮饭店中的数千种菜品、酒水将拥有统一规范的“英文名”。据了解,北京市首次针对餐饮菜单规范英文译法的工作目前已基本完成,数千种菜品、酒水的英文翻译将从12月20日开始对外公布,邀请市民参与补充建议。

等待市民评判补充的北京市餐饮英文菜单涉及冷菜、热菜、羹汤、主食、小吃、西餐、甜品、中国酒、洋酒、饮料等多个品类,数千种菜品酒水,仅饮料目前已搜集到的就有两百多种。北京市餐饮菜单的英文译法计划在明年1月底推出,届时不仅北京市旅游局计划向全市星级酒店餐厅推广,而且还将为计划推出双语菜单的餐饮企业提供参考。
